Faith & Mark's Love Boat Wedding

Male 'Ana Monday couple, Faith and Mark, were married aboard the Love Boat, a 12 passenger yacht in Honolulu.  The Hawaiian sun was setting just as they said "I do" with the sound of the waves rolling in the background.   After the ceremony, Faith and Mark kicked off their shoes and relaxed on the bow of the boat, enjoying the view of the Waikiki city lights and the beautiful Diamond Head Crater.

Stop by next week for another of Tradewind Wedding's Male 'Ana Monday couples!  Mahalo.

Jared & Erin's North Shore Beach Wedding

Aloha!  Today's Male 'Ana Monday couple, Erin and Jared, were married on the North Shore of Oahu.  It was Erin's dream since she was a child to say "I Do" with the sand between her toes and the sound of the ocean waves crashing in the background. With the famous Hawaii sunset setting the scene, they exchanged vows and celebrated along with their closest family and friends.

Mahalo for visiting!  We hope you had a wonderful Easter holiday and make sure to visit us next week for another Male 'Ana Monday wedding couple.

Marjorie & Marcus' Waimanalo Wedding

We are so excited for today's Male 'Ana (meaning wedding in Hawaiian) Monday couple!  Marjorie and Marcus, a local couple from the North Shore, were married on my favorite beach, Waimanalo.  This beach is said to be one of the most beautiful on Oahu and is also backed by a lush ironwood forest.

To honor traditional Hawaiian customs, Marcus and Marjorie wore fresh leis during their ceremony.    These leis are said to be a symbol of love and a spiritual connection.

Marcus and Marjorie ended their ceremony with the famous Hawaiian shaka and a big thumbs up.

Check back with us next week for another Mala 'Ana Monday wedding couple!

Jody & Wade Wedding At Sea

Aloha! Happy Male 'Ana Monday from Tradewind Weddings. Male 'ana means wedding in the Hawaiian language and every Monday, we will be featuring a wedding couple that has gotten hitched with us on the island of Oahu.

Today's couple, Jody and Wade, had their wedding ceremony at sea on our intimate, private yacht, Love Boat. With the majestic view of Diamond Head in the background and the tropical sunset casting its golden light upon our beautiful couple, Captain Ralph pronounced them husband and wife.

Jody and Wade saying "I do!" What a beautiful day for a wedding ceremony at sea.

Jody wanted to have a piece of her sister and her grandmother with her on her wedding day. She included an orange rose and a white daisy in her bouquet to represent the family that could not be at the wedding.

The dendrobium orchids in Jody's hair add a lovely, tropical touch to her wedding day attire.

The city lights of Honolulu and Waikiki are best viewed from sea and their evening was no exception.

Kewalo Basin, located just minutes from Waikiki, is the perfect, nautical backdrop for the start of an unforgettable evening.

Jody and Wade enjoying the stunning view from the boat.

See you next week, Aloha!
